Enjoy a lovely lakeside cabin - house with private beach on Little Shuswap Lake. Take a 10 min drive to view the “once every four years” dominant salmon run that comes up the Adams River. For inside comfort, enjoy a cozy fireplace, lots of kitchen supplies including a dishwasher and two fridges. Washer - dryer also included, but please bring YOUR OWN own sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. Outside there is a hot tub, gas fire table, fire pit, dock, 2 kayaks, and one paddle board available. Please bring YOUR OWN wood for burning and YOUR OWN life jackets. Minimum age for renting is 25yrs. Maximum number of people is 6. NO smoking and NO pets please. This is a family neighborhood, so please, NO parties or loud noises after 10:00PM.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 02:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Key is provided at check in.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a non-refundable fee of 500 CAD.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the property is re-rented.

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 5 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit equal to one nights rent is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.

The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 09:00 AM
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 10 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 6 Adults.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. A minimum "Fine" of 200.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
