The condo is approx 1100 sq ft. It is walk in on ground level, which includes boot room, full bathroom, & TV area with queen size sofa bed. Upstairs is the main living area with 2 more bedrooms (king bed in one, queen in the other) & 1 full bathroom. There is also a loft area that is accessible via a ladder from the downstairs TV area or via a small door, which is located half way up the stairs (connecting upstairs/downstairs). The loft has 1 single bed & 1 double bed.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 CAD is due 30 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
