At the First floor:There are two bedrooms, two toilets, a spacious sitting room with 3 sofas, and a sleeping places in a sofabed for 2 people and a large kitchen with a dining area. There is a double bedroom with a balcony that has a sea view and a twin-bedded room ( the beds can be set like one double 200 cm wide)with a window overlooking garden & rocks. One toilet has a shower while the other has a water closet and a wash-hand basin. The living area is a large room with a table, a fireplace,a flat Samsung smart TV and Bose sound system, and stairs to ground floor. At ground floor:There is a stair linking the two floors,at the lower one, there are two "Suites", seafront, one with a really wide bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath, and an other one with a very nice bathroom with a bath seaview. KItchen is fully-equipped with an induction cooker, an oven, refrigerator - freezer, and dishwasher, american cofeemaker, there is a second fridge only for the wines, etc... Infinity swimming pool it's mt. 11.00x 6.00x1.50 mt. Depth, and is heatable as extra, on the right deck there are 1 big sun umbrellas, and 6 large and very confortable sunbeds(200 cm x 80 cm each) and an outside shower. On the left deck a Double amazing daybed, the whole villa has Bose outdoor and indoor sound system, and much more! We await for you!!

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. The rentals during the high season are from Saturday to Saturday, or by arrangement.All prices are in euro; rentals are inclusive of maid 6/7, price includes final cleaning, linens and towels, gas and electricity. No others fees or taxes are required.Check-in after 4.00 pm - check out before 10.00 am or by different arrangement.To book the 25% has to be in advance by bank transfer or credit card, Balance of 75% by bank transfer or credit card 40 days prior date of arrival.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Airport Transfer Services & Fees

Fee of 140.00/200.00 EUR is charged for each occupant(based on a minimum of 2 occupants). A guest must request this optional service. Fees are based on a one way transfer. From Naples airport by minivan up to 8 people one way

Linen

Linen is included in the rent Included in rental price :The Saturdays and the Wednesdays new linens and towels.

Cleaning During Stay

Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 1 days during a stay, not on sundays. Additional maid service can be arranged for a fee of € 20 per hour.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000 EUR is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit. Security deposit: Euro 1000, 00 (paid locally by cash or credit card in € or in £ or $) at the time of arrival.The security deposit will be refunded upon departure subject to any deductions for damage.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 40 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Parking

Parking is free.

Tourism Marketing Fee

Tourism Marketing Fee applied to owner's portion of rent Fee is included in rental price.
