It has 5 bedrooms, 4½ bathrooms, huge open kitchen, Double carport and parking area for 6 cars. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans. Master bedroom has king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in closet. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi bathtub and separate shower. The other 4 bedrooms have queen size beds and shared double bathroom. The entertainment area has a large screen TV and WIFI speakers for your musical enjoyment. The outside terrace sports a canopy for those hot caribbean sunny days. We also have an amazing Infinity olympic sized pool that over looks the valley and ocean. This amazing property has the most beautiful gardens for all your memories. Staying with us will provide you with an awesome experience. We offer a welcome celebration for us to get to know you and you to get to know the staff. We prepare daily complimentry breakfast to all guests, daily housekeeping and complimentry laundry service. Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Diners Club
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 3 nights rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 20 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 300 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 4 days of departure., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 800 USD, Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 300.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Per pet.) Size limits: Small - up to 7 kilograms (15 pounds) Pets allowed:Dog A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 100.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
