Description
This stunning private 4b - 4b villa is located in a quiet area in the hills of Sosua. It is just 10 minutes by car to Sosua downtown with its busy nightlife and restaurants; it is also 15 - 20 minutes from Cabarete's Kite Beach. The main feature of this villa is its big covered terrace overlooking the large pool and tropical gardens. It has panoramic views of the ocean past the tropical trees which provides that added feeling of tranquility. Its elevated position in the hills also benefits from cooling breezes all year round. Set over two floors, the Master Bedroom is reached by a spiral staircase and has a King bed, private shower room and toilet with a separate vanity sink area. It has its own private veranda and sitting area. The two other bedrooms downstairs are double bedrooms with twin beds (one with its own en suite). The main living area is open planned with a well equipped kitchen. There is a fridge - freezer; microwave oven; coffee machine; and toaster - bottled water is also provided free of charge. It also has a TV, internet and free Wi-Fi and a writing desk space. All rooms have ceiling fans. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine. A gas fired barbeque is available for use. The villa is in a quiet cul-de-sac within electric security gates. There is a 4th bedroom available with 2 single beds in the Casita situated separately from the villa which is also available to rent with the villa. The property is not suitable for wheelchair users or for those with mobility impairments as there are steps to the property. Please enquire direct for further information prior to booking this property to ensure its suitability. There is a free "meet and greet" airport pick-up service available from Puerto Plata Airport (for up to 4 people). Airport transfers for 5 people and more - a taxi service can be arranged for a fee. Private car hire can be arranged for your stay.

Terms And Conditions
Booking Deposit
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 10 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing. PayPal, Visa, Master Card
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 GBP is due immediately. A fee of £74 will be charged if the property is not left clean/tidy on departure from the villa (taken from the security deposit) When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.
