Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 2.75 percent surcharge. PayPal, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, payments (less a 100 USD administration fee) are refunded if the property is re-rented.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 1500 USD is due 30 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 15 days of departure.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 09:00 PM To 08:00 AM

Smoking Policy

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements. Allow groups of families or couples. Parents/guardians may not book for underaged guests.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 200.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Property Heat/ Elec/ Energy Fee

Property Heating is included in the rent

Parking

Parking is free.
