Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 125.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Cleaning fee to be paid locally to Third Party/Resort

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after mid-night.

Quiet Time Policy

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Children of all ages are welcome.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 USD is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 500 USD

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).

Payment Methods

Credit card payments are not accepted. Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 300 USD per week booked. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 600 USD.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Pool Heat Policy & Fees

A fee is charged for pool heat. Fee of 125.00 USD is charged on every week(based on a minimum of 1 weeks) A guest must request this optional service.

Parking is free.
