The top bench at La Casa gives you a quieter location with fantastic views, the second swimming pool & tennis courts, volleyball etc are located next to the general store on the level below which is two minute drive or a few more minutes walk down the road or walking trails. This cottage has a nice lawn area at the rear, backing onto Crown Land, a deck area on the lower level with BBQ, patio table & chairs. The cottage is fully furnished and has laundry washer & dryer, dishwasher, fridge - freezer, microwave, coffee maker (drip type) etc.

Payment Methods

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, 75 percent of all payments are refunded. Cancellation 31 - 60 days before arrival, a 50% refund is available. Cancellation 30 nights or less prior to arrival, there is no refund. If the owner is able to re-rent some or all of the nights, the cancellation penalty could be reduced.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure.
