This is your ideal house for a great ski holiday. Private 2 level house, 5 minutes walk to the village, on the shuttle bus route, ski out on the access trail, ski in from Silver Queen trail, wifi, netflix, 3 tv's, private hot tub, on site parking (2 vehicles), espresso machine, full kitchen, fully equipped with linen - towels etc, lockable ski locker, full boot room, laundry, 2.5 bathrooms The space You can ski out the back onto the cross country access trail to the village. You can ski home from Johnston's lane. The house is fully set up for a comfortable and cozy holiday. Going out to the village for a beer or a meal is a 5 minute walk or you can catch the free shuttle bus from the door and back home. When you are not skiing you look out through the trees to the slopes - from the lounge room or the hot tub. Silverstar receives plenty of snow each year. We will have in place a contract to clear the snow after every 5cm fall from the driveway so you will good and safe access to the house. We will provide a shovel and salt to allow you to clear the front steps (just 3 steps) and the path from the deck door to the hot tub (about 4 paces) for your stay

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 15 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 200.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged for any number of cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.
