Terms And Conditions

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.75 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 35 or more days prior to arrival)

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 300 USD.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 35 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 300 USD cancellation fee) are refunded. If you have to cancel due to Covid travel restrictions, you will be able to reschedule your stay for future dates.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 USD is due 7 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 2 days of departure.
