Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a non-refundable fee of 250 USD.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 45 or more days prior to arrival)
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 28 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 USD is due 28 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.
