Stayed here for a week with my wife and sixteen-year-old son. Place was very clean and well furnished. Bathrooms had heated floors which was really neat, and comfortable. Plenty of towels and extras. Washer and dryer in unit that worked great. Well stocked kitchen. We actually ate in the unit a couple of nights, my wife loves to cook, and did not once complain about anything missing in the kitchen... other than her personal very sharp cooking knives.
The location was perfect, in the Upper Village area. There is a bus that comes by every 10 minutes or so that brings you down and back from the Whistler or Blackcomb base areas (maybe a five minute ride). Bus stop is right outside condo units. We used the bus for skiing, then took the short three minute drive down to the base in the evening for dinner, parked in the base lots.
Other than staying right at the base area (and paying double the price), the upper village is the best place to stay in the resort. There is a supermarket in the base village, which we stocked up in on the first day there. Prices are what you would expect for a mountain resort area, but best deal for us for the whole week was almost 30% off everything with the favourable dollar exchange rate. Plenty of restaurants in the village, but I would recommend reservations at most (if they take them) because they do have long wait times on the busy nights (weekends/holidays).
Did not have any reasons to call the owner, because there were no issues with anything. There was cable and WiFi in the unit. Not a large channel selection or super fast WiFi, but I was there on vacation to enjoy the place, not watch TV or be on my devices all day. There still was plenty of channels to pick from, including CNN, if you need your daily dose of news (no Fox News though), and WiFi was maybe 15 to 30 mbps (I ran a speed test), so enough to get your emails plenty fast, but might be tough to stream Netflix.
Overall a great experience from beginning to end, would come back to this unit again. Thanks!

We spent a week of skiing here and it was just wonderful. The townhouse felt like a home away from home. It was spacious for 5 people, beautifully furnished and excellently equipped with everything one could ever need. It was is in a quiet location overlooking trees and close to the ski slopes. There was no need to drive at all. A pleasant 20 minute walk takes you to Whistler Village. When our car died just when we wanted to leave town, our host graciously offered us to stay another night. Luckily we did not need to, but he was a great host who goes the extra mile for his guests. Thank you for a great week in your beautiful townhouse.

My only minor niggles would be very basic TV package, a bit more details in the guest pack about the property and surrounding amenities, and better directions how to find the house from the garage (as very difficult in the dark and rain).
But as a basic unit it works very well.

The apartment was absolutely what we wanted. Quieter than the main village but close enough to access all amenities. Well stocked with everything you need for a great holiday. We really enjoyed coming back after a tiring day on the slopes. Cozy and comfortable, we would stay here again. Thanks!

We really enjoyed stay. The condo was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was well equipped. Nice hall entrance to take off wet clothes or boots before walking into the living area. Salt bucket outside for any ice build up on steps. Great plus to have safe and private underground parking.

We enjoyed a spectacular visit to Whistler on the 2013 Easter Long Weekend. The unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect. We were able to ski back to the condo at the end of each day and it was only a short walk to the Village for après-ski activities. We will absolutely book again.
