The veranda fronts onto a quiet road where free parking is available. The holiday home features luxury details and finishes throughout, including high quality fittings and designer furnishings both internally and externally. Even the mattresses have been chosen for maximum comfort. The audio broadcasting in the rooms will help to make your stay more enjoyable. Featuring air conditioning, washing machine, TV, hairdryer and fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils. We adhere to the eco-sustainable tourism project; our facility is eco-friendly. Our holiday home is designed to provide our guests with a very comfortable stay, making the spaces essentials, accurate in the details, and creating an outdoor environment which allows you to experience the peace of the early dawn light and the magnificent sunset that can be seen from here. We are in Salento, the area is called Torre Vado. Torre Vado is famous for its sandy beaches and crystal clear waters. The mild climate allows sunbathing and swimming for many months. Torre Vado is located in the best area of Salento, because is near to the famous cities as Santa Maria di Leuca, Gallipoli, Otranto and the baroque city of Lecce. During your holiday in Puglia you can taste typical food and wine (as Negroamaro, Primitivo), we could recommend you some typical restaurants.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 90 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 EUR is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.
