Welcome to a truly luxurious and massive four-bedroom, four-bathroom chalet located slopeside with easy ski-in ski-out access from the "Rambler" and "Sunrise" runs. This beautiful timber-framed chalet includes two master bedrooms that both feature ensuite bathrooms with heated towel bars. This home features high cathedral ceilings throughout the upper and main levels, and sweeping views across Sun Peaks with a wraparound balconey on both storeys. Truly one of the most luxurious homes in Sun Peaks, this Lodge has been exquisitely furnished and features radiant floor heating throughout, a deluxe kitchen with a climate controlled wine fridge, a dining area that can seat up to 16 people, leather couches in both living rooms, a pool table in the lower level entertainment area, and a brand new partially sunken hot tub installed in the fall of 2018. This home has a king bed in the first master bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom), a king bed in the second master bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom), a queen bed in the third bedroom, and four sets of bunkbeds in the fourth bedroom. From the grand entrance, which is on the upper level with the ski storage area, the first master bedroom, two bathrooms, the laundry room and access to the garage, it's just a few steps down to the main level which has the open concept kitchen, dining area and upper living room. From the living room is access to the upper wraparound balcony where you can cook an awesome BBQ dinner. The lower level has the three other bedrooms, two bathrooms, the second living room and entertainment area with pool table, and access to the lower level wraparound balcony with the private hot tub.

Top Of The Mountain does provide some basic amenities such as : Bedding is provided ( pillow cases , Bed Sheets, Blankets). Shampoo , Conditioner , Body Wash, Hand Soap, Toilet Paper and Towels for the bathrooms. Paper towels, Dish soap , Dishwasher pods, Washing cloths, Drying towels, Coffee , Coffee filters, Assorted Teas, Sugar, Salt & Pepper, Garbage bags and Recycling bags for the kitchen area. Laundry Pods are included.

Please note that the rates apply to 8 guests. Should there be additional guests, up to the maximum of 12, an extra person fee may apply.

Payment Methods

No fees are charged for credit card processing. Visa, Master Card, Amex

Booking Deposit

A deposit of 33% of the rent will be due at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within 48 hours of making the booking and still outside 30 days prior to the arrival date, only the booking fee will be forfeit. The full deposit is forfeit after 48 hours from the initial booking while still 30 days outside of your arrival date. The remainder of your payment for the booking is taken 30 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations within 30 days of your arrival will result in the forfeiture of the entire booking payment. A partial refund may still be provided if the accommodation can be rented for any portion of the time you originally booked. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival have a 24 hour grace period during which only the booking fee will be retained if you cancel.

To cancel your booking, you must send us an email requesting we cancel your reservation. This request must be made from the email address we have associated with the booking in our system. Once we have received your cancellation request, we will return the inventory to availability and do our best to rebook the dates previously held for you and will provide refunds in accordance with the policy above.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. An online damage/liability agreement must be signed (a major credit card is required to be on file) prior to your arrival date. Any damages or violations of the damage/liability agreement will be charged to the credit card on file. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
