Guests during the summer season can take advantage of the outdoor garden and swimming pool with equipped solarium. The structure is also equipped with a convenient internal parking and a night surveillance service.

The booking is confirmed with a credit card number only (i.e. no charges are processed). Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 40 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 EUR is due on arrival.
