With only 7 units in this small complex, it is often toted as one of the best locations on the mountain. 3 floors ensures that there is ample room for everything you need. You'll love to prepare your meals in the kitchen, which features granite countertops and all stainless steel appliances and is open to the large dining area. The BBQ is located on the front deck on the main floor, while the hot tub is located off the dining kitchen/dining area at the back of the home. Three ample sized bedrooms are located on the top floor of the home away from the living space. This home has a queen bed in the master bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom), a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a tri-bunk (double on the bottom, single on the top) in the third bedroom. The ground level has ample room for gear storage off the garage and in unit washer and dryer. Location Highlights: Powder Ridge is a deluxe townhome complex of only 7 three-storey homes, with great ski-in/ski-out access and the convenience of only being a short walk away from the main village. Ski-in access is by way of taking the Rambler or Three Bears run to get to the Mt Morrisey Connector where you'll branch off at the Sundance Estates sign which leads right back to the complex. Ski-out access is either by taking a short walk up the street to hop on the Gentle Giant run to get down to the Sundance or Sunburst Express chairlift, or cross the street to get on the valley trail and follow it down to the village. Along the trail you'll also get to the Sports Complex, which features an ice skating rink (which doubles as a basketball court in the summer), tennis courts, a swimming pool, a soccer field and children's playground. The next closest complexes are Forest Trails right across the street, and down the valley trail you can get to Timberline and Snow Creek Village. -

Conveniently located right near an entrance to the valley trail which leads to the village, it's just a short walk away to the main lifts, shops and restaurants. Store your gear in the ski locker and enjoy a night out. The homeowners have traveled extensively and enjoy the little luxuries during travel that remind them of home and have done their best to provide guests with a similar experience in their meticulously maintained home-away-from-home. There's a bose bluetooth speaker system if you'd like to play some tunes, netflix already set up, and there are usb wall chargers in the bedrooms so if you forgot to pack yours, no worries. After a day on the slopes, there are so many ways you can undwind and relax - bask in your private hot tub, cool off in the two person steam shower, cozy up next to the fire in bathrobes provided for your use, or say "namaste" and do some yoga on the mats, with foam rollers for muscle release. This home has a king bed with an eiderdown duvet in the master bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom and two bathrobes), a queen bed in the second bedroom (with two bathrobes), and a tri-bunk trundle in the third bedroom. Each mattress is brand new made with high density pressure relieving foam so expect to be well rested and ready to wrangle the hill. There's also a travel crib and booster seat for a little one. The den downstairs has been set up as a kid's paradise - while the adults entertain upstairs, the kids can hang out and watch movies or play games with their own sense of privacy. ___________________________________________________________________ "i very much enjoyed my recent stay at powder ridge. This unit is impeccable with a high attention to detail. Fashionable decor, lovely linens & throw pillows, comfortable beds, a well outfitted kitchen, phone chargers, toys/games for the kiddies, basically all the creature comforts of home. Being there in the summer, we enjoyed the short stroll to the village for dinner & ice cream, the short drive to hefley lake for paddle boarding/swimming, an adventure to mcgillivray lake for canoeing, and visited 3 amazing vineyards. We left still wanting to see some unexplored areas - lots of fun things to do. This would be an outstanding spot during ski season but don't underestimate the summer. The next closest complexes are Crystal Forest beside, and McGillivray Creek across the street. SKI-IN/SKI-OUT INFORMATION: From the top of Sundance, take any run that leads to the Mt Morrisey Connector which will bring you to the back of the complex. To ski out, use the Mt Morrisey Connector to get to the Morrisey and Orient Express chiarlifts. Alternatively, you can follow the Valley Trail across the street to the Orient Express, or follow it down to the Sunburst and Sundance Express chairlifts. -

I choose this condo because it had 4 bedrooms with either a double or queen bed and all 4 couples had their own space. The property was as advertised, the only surprises were good ones. Kitchen was fully equipped and the open floor on the main level allowed us to all enjoy each others company. "[The Property Manager]" was easy to contact with questions pre-arrival and our lift tickets were waiting for us at the condo as promised. This condo is truly ski-in, ski-out. Parking passes are provided but we walked to town. After a full day on the slopes we barbequed our steaks on the patio and then relaxed in the hot tub. The condo was very spacious and as well as 4 bathrooms there were racks in the laundry room for drying for your ski/snowboarding gear and space to store your gear in the attached garage. This Woodhaven unit is a lovely private end terrace, with eye-catching views of Mt. Morrisey and Todd Mt. 4 bedrooms and a den are comfortably spread throughout the house providing privacy for all of you. 3 bedrooms with queen beds are upstairs and the fourth bedroom with a tri-bunk and the den with a sofa bed are downstairs. There are 3 and a half bathrooms to manage getting out in the morning. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, or if you're in the mood, throw some steaks on the outside BBQ and enjoy the view. Restaurants are only a short walk into the beautiful Sun Peaks village. This house has a big dining table for 8 with 4 additional seats by the breakfast bar, there are 2 TV watching areas in the combined living/dining area and in the den, complimentary Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer, and is ski-in/ski-out. This unit is 1800 sq. Ft. And can sleep up to 11 people. Only 2 Parking spots: 1 car in the garage and 1 car out front. This complex is approximately a 15 - 20 minute walk to the main village, or a 3 - 5 minute drive to the main Day Lodge parking lot. The next closest complexes are Echo Landing to one side, and Settler's Crossing and Stone's Throw just past that. SKI-IN/SKI-OUT INFORMATION: From the top of Sundance, use Rambler to get on the East Village Ski Way and follow this down past the Skier Overpass to return to the complex. From the top of Orient, use the Czesc run to connect to the top of the East Village Ski Way.
