And once you’re done with the blue-cheese mushrooms and sherry-infused chorizo, do not miss the brulee. World renowned, folks have been known to travel the globe for its creamy delight & glazed perfection; all served in a local fresh coconut! Watergate Down a flame-lit path, you’ll enter the height of casual cosmopolitan dining. In the very heart of Port Douglas, Watergate offers a journey into contemporary Australian tasting. Sassi Cucina E Bar Beside the sea, surrounded by vibrant bougainvillea, choose to dine under the stars or take a street seat for people watching. Eclectic and charismatic, Sassi’s will tempt you with the freshest, mouth-watering seafood, hand-crafted pasta & fragrant chargrilled steaks.
