This timber frame open concept house features picture windows that capture dramatic panoramic mountain views. It's a short walk downtown through the woods, there's a small park for young kids very close to the property.

The Canmore Nordic Centre (cross country skiing - mountain biking) is a short drive away, Norquay is 20 min (downhill - snowboard), Sunshine 30 min and Lake Louise 50 minutes away on a double lane highway. Great mountain bike trails all over the city.

On the lower floor (ground level), there are three bedrooms, bathroom, family room with a TV and laundry room. The kitchen, great room, master bedroom with ensuite, extra bathroom are on the main floor (upper level) On the loft area (top level) there's a sitting room, office area and three train style berths with double beds. This is very popular with the younger ones and where they usually like to spend most of their time when at home.

There are large decks surrounding the main upper floor. On the front deck there is a barbecue and patio table - chairs. On the back deck, a hot tub with a bistro table set. We have a fire pit in the yard, great place to unwind after a busy day in the trails. It really is our home away from home...And we are willing to share it with you when we are not using it.

We do have a no pets, no smoking policy. Also house will not be rented out for stagette, high school, college or office parties.

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Keyless entry code is provided after full payment. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 11 pm.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 07:00 AM

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 5 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 30 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit. .

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 2.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 10 or more days prior to arrival)

Cleaning During Stay

A fee is charged for this service. A guest must request this optional service. Requests for this service must be received well in advance of your stay. Daily maid service can be requested for a fee.

Booking Deposit

The damage deposit is required to complete the booking. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1200.00 CAD.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements. Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 8 Adults. Extra or unauthorized occupants could result in eviction without refund. Parents/guardians may not book for underaged guests.
