Nestled in Three Sisters Mountain Village - away from the bustle of town, but close enough to zip down for dinner, groceries or a coffee. In the summer, hiking and biking trails are right out the back door and the Stewart Creek Golf Course is just minutes away. In the winter, enjoy the many cross-country trails in the area and of course, the renowned ski resorts of Banff National Park. Resort-like amenities include an indoor and outdoor hot tub, pool and kid’s splash area, a gym, rec room with pool table, and private movie room with theatre-style seating (sign-up required). Two parking stalls in an indoor heated parkade provide direct and convenient indoor access to the condo. The uppermost deck is a cozy and secluded nook to enjoy the outdoors in privacy. A gas BBQ is available on the kitchen-level balcony. The dining table seats 8 and the large island seats another 5. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to create home-cooked meals. The living room is a lovely space to chill out in front of the gas fireplace. A large loft features 2 comfortable seating areas to enjoy movies or play board games. A double futon with a privacy screen is also in loft. The workspace, with a privacy screen makes for a lovely place to work with a mountain view. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a smart TV and full ensuite with double sinks, shower and bathtub. A 2nd bedroom on the same level has a beautiful full over queen log bunkbed with a walk-in closet and a bathroom just outside the room. The final bedroom (on the lower level) has a queen over queen bunkbed with an ensuite and direct ground level outdoor access.
