There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 100.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Any number of pets.) Size limits: Small - up to 7 kilograms (15 pounds) Pets allowed:Cat, Dog, Any Pet A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Four & more Pets NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 CAD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 10 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Booking Deposit
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking.
