Lakefront accommodations with an emphasis on Recreation and Wellness. A Base Camp for Adventure Seekers and Wellness Enthusiasts located in the beautiful Canadian Rocky Mountains. Private sandy beach, shade trees, lakeside patio, and beach kitchen. The cabin is a duplex which means it has two separate units. This room has two bedrooms; one room with a queen bed, bunk bed, sitting area, and desk that overlooks Wasa Lake. And another room with two twin bunk-style beds. Both rooms have a private entrance and share a private deck and a private detached bathroom. The room sleeps a maximum of six guests. Note: This room is set-up to accommodate up to 2 adults and 1-4 children depending on ages 'or' possibly 4 adults and 1-2 children. This suite is non-pet friendly for everyone's convenience. All rooms are provided with bed linens and bathrooms with towels and toiletries. We ask that you supply your own beach towels or resort beach towels can be provided at an additional cost. When you book a unit in the cabin you get access to a covered, fully equipped outdoor beach kitchen with BBQ, fridge, stove, microwave, toaster oven, etc. All guests staying at the Guest House have access to the beach kitchen. NOTE: The beach kitchen is a shared facility between both cabin suites. About Wasa Lake: A family vacation destination since the 1950s, Wasa Lake Village advertises the warmest swimming lake in the Kootenays. Wasa Lake Park offers camping, swimming, hiking, cycling, boating, and nature viewing opportunities. There is an 8 km wheelchair and bike accessible trail around the lakeshore and a 2.7 km self-guided interpretation trail. World-class attractions such as Fort Steele Heritage Town, guest ranches, ski hills, and golf courses are nearby. In addition to being a popular recreation spot, the park protects a representative grassland ecosystem. It includes a portion of North America's most northern ponderosa pine forest set amid blue bunch wheatgrass meadows that provide habitat for a wide diversity of animals and plants.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
