Guests at The Paraiso Residences have private access to parking reserved for the condos, with easy access to the plaza and the marina. Paraiso Residences is a brand new luxury community located on Cabo Marina with private entrance. The community is located above Puerto Paraiso mall. Guests at The Paraiso Residences have private access to parking reserved for the condos, with easy access to the plaza and the marina. 5 minute walk to Medano Beach, very safe for swimming. Taxis are readily available downstairs at the mall. Walking to restaurants and activities is recommended. The best swimming beach in Cabo is a five minute walk away. *Note, UBER is brand new in Cabo. I have not used it enough to recommend with confidence. This is in a very safe area of Cabo. The complex has security patrol and there are bi-lingual tourist police located on marina. There are no gas appliances in the unit, all electrical. Local list of restaurants and activities are available upon request.
