Terms And Conditions

A $400usd Refundable security Deposit is necessary for renting our Penthouse Apartment.

All guests must be 25 years of age or more

Principle renter must be 25 years old or older

Renters must follow pool rules.

* Use of the pool with proper bathing suits

* Use the pool at your own risk

* Shower before entering the pool.

* It is strictly forbidden to bring food or beverages into the pool.

Only small snacks in plastic containers may be kept in the pool area

* The condominium is not responsible for objects left in the pool area.

* The use of music instruments, or music players, such as speakers,

cell phones, tablets, computers, iPads etc.are prohibited

* No diving into the the pool area. Entry must be made by steps

* It is forbidden to have glass on the rooftop, plastic cups are required

* Pets are forbidden on the rooftop

* When you have ﬁnished using the pool area please leave the

area clean and free of trash.

* Excessive intoxication from alcohol or drugs is forbidden

on the rooftop

*Any damage to the facilities caused by misuse will be paid for by

the responsible party

* For use of the BBQ grill, advanced notice must be given to the

building administration, through the owners property

management company (Please call your assigned concierge

from our property management company

Visitors who are not on the original list of approved guests provided by the homeowner or administrator will not be granted access to the property. The entry of visitors must be previously approved.
Any 3rd party services (private chef, masseuse, etc.) that require entry must be arranged through the property manager/owner and neighborhood administration in advance. Anyone without authorization will be denied entry.
Pool hours are from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Guest accepts full responsibility for damage to physical property either accidental or purposeful and they will be asked to pay for the damages immediately, as estimated by the administration
All guests must show a government issued ID when checking in at the front desk.

Failure to comply with the regulations may result in forfeiture of the security deposit, eviction, fines or other actions in accordance with the laws of Mexico and

the state of Jalisco. Necessary action would be taken at the sole discretion of the Management Staff.
