No Smoking in Home, Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and additional 5000 Pesos fee will be charged for "de-smoking" the home. Quiet Hours 10PM -8AM No Shoes in House Please No Parties
House Rule
Anyone that is not listed on the reservation and let's say you make the reservation for 6 guests and more than 6 guests show up. I will charge you 1600 pesos night, per guest above what is stated on the reservation. VIOLATION OF THE NON-SMOKING RULE WITHIN THIS PROPERTY WILL IMMEDIATELY CHARGE YOU 5000 PESOS AS A PENALTY TO CLEAN THE PROPERTY.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that. All refunds will be charged a 7% processing fee.
