Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1 nights rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 3 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 3 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 20 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
