Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 10 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival.

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 10 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older., Maximum of 4 Adults., Maximum of 2 Children.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 40.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Any number of pets.) A guest must request this optional service. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 EUR is due on arrival. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
