Continue as you enter the master bedroom, or should we say bedroom(s), as the efficient layout includes a floor to ceiling folding privacy door where you’ll find two stylish double beds with its newly appointed comforters and decorative pillows. Enjoy your favorite program on the wall-mounted cable flat-screen TV. The living room sofa doubles as a queen sleeper sofa with a comfortable memory foam mattress. This sparkling clean, premium condo conveniently and efficiently sleeps 6 guests comfortably in beds. Feel free to pack lightly on your Marco Island getaway when you travel to this stylish condo, as you'll be able to refresh your laundry in the washer and dryer located on the 3rd floor. Convenient, open parking is included at no cost. The Dolphin Tiki Bar restaurant is open daily. Boat slips are available for lease from the association. Stay right on the Marco River with Direct Gulf Access with no bridges. Other things to note Bike rental is a breeze. Simply call the number we provide in your check-in instructions and bicycles of your choice will be delivered to the home. Enjoy! Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house. Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high. If Pool access card is not left in unit when you check out there will be a $100 fee to replace the pool access card. No Smoking Anywhere in the home or in the common areas on the property. Smoking anywhere on property will result in a $250 remediation fee. Smoking is permitted in front of the building on the sidewalk.
Quiet Hours between 10 pm and 8 am.
Check-in Any time After 4 pm.
If Pets are allowed, there will be a Per Pet Per Day fee specific to this property

No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays - this includes "social gatherings" of any definition or reason.

We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
There will be a minimum handling fee of $50, plus cost of shipping for anything you request being returned. Requests must be made with 7 days. Outside of 7 days, items may be donated at the sole discretion of the host.
Mail service not supported. All packages will be rejected. We suggest guests that require mail delivery set up a temporary mailbox at the UPS Store or USPS
Security Deposit - any guest found to have damaged the home may be held liable and charged accordingly. Additionally, any guests found to have more people staying overnight at the property, or found having a party or event may be forced to forfeit the security deposit or may be asked to leave the premises. The authorities may also be contacted if necessary.
