Welcome to our home!
We're so pleased to host you and hope that you and your group enjoy all that our property has to offer. We ask that a few simple rules be followed to ensure an exceptional and memorable experience. As such, we've outlined our House Rules and Rental Conditions below. House Rule
Noise levels must be kept strictly under 60 dBA during the day. Music and/or excessive noise outdoors (i.e., yelling, noise amplification, musical instruments, animal barking, etc) must be kept to a respectful minimum at all times. Outdoor Music is not permitted after 10 PM. No amplification devices or musical instruments can be used outdoors or can be audible outside the home at any time, day or night. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times.

Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM-8 AM.

Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the home.

Street parking is strictly prohibited. Do not exceed the maximum allowable vehicles. All vehicles must be parked on the driveway, in the garage, or designated parking areas.

Parties/events, lack of decorum, and disruptive noise will not be tolerated.

If the neighbors are disturbed, Bnbonvoyage reserves the right to ask the tenant to vacate the premises with no refund.

100 dollars, per dog, per stay fee. Maximum 2 dogs, under 45lbs, must be groomed. Extra fees may apply if the house is left with pet hair or small/stains.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in, minus a 10% processing fee. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
