🌴 Booking in advance policy - for most season's, traveler's are welcomed to book a reservation up to 10 month's in advance, depending on the Season. Booking major Holiday’s, the Kona IronMan Triathlon, and Special Events, have additional requirements.


☛ 'Regular Season' - Nightly Rate's are based on the Total Number of up to 8 persons, Maximum, and, a 6 to 7-night Stay.

☛ 'High Season's' (Spring Break, Summer) - Nightly Rate's are based on the Total Number of 8 persons, Maximum, and, up to a 8-night Stay.

☛ About total number of children, and/or, Teen’s - the maximum is four (4).

☛ 2024-2025 Christmas & New Year's - requires a 10-night stay, with both holiday's booked together. Up to 10 person's, Maximum.

☛ For Kona IronMan Triathlon - the Total Number is 6 persons, Maximum, and up to a 8-night's Stay.

☛ US Military / Federal LE Discount's & Perk's - as Military legacy families ourselves, we will continue to Support our US Military member's and Federal LE agency member's, by extending these benefit's into 2025. * Three most popular Q&A's:

◉ Does the home have central A/C? About 90% of VR's in Kona do Not offer A/C, for a number of good reason's. However, for One, our Villa Sanctuary was built with Giant Open Cupola's, on Top of the Roof's, that act's as a natural 360-degree escape for warm air. Two, in 2021, we install 3M Window Tinting on all Westward facing window's. This maintains the internal temperature cooler by at least 10 degree's.

◉ Is the Pool heated? Unlike major branded Resort's, over 85% of VR's in Kona, do not offer a 24/7/365 heated pool simply due to the great expense in building and maintaining an entire enclosure, otherwise, it would be just wasted Energy evaporating into the atmosphere.

◉ What about Solar Energy to power the entire Home or Villa? A 2023 series of on-site estimate’s from three local and national company’s to completely Power-Up 85% of a 2-story O'hana Residential Unit's, with a combined 1690 sq ft, with a 1st Phase Tesla system Tiered program, revealed an initial, startup cost analysis that is north of 90k cash (50% now, 50% upon completion); Tech Support is located in another city. It's more Complicated, because the Electric company has stopped offering any Energy-saving incentive’s. A Solar Panel system installment, does not include the loss of revenue during the 1st Phase installment process, that could logistically take many weeks to months.


In addition, keep in mind that if a upscale home or Villa, located in the White-Magic Sands Zone, is currently offering Nightly Rate's listed between $700 to $900 per Night ... We can project that by installing the 1st Phase Solar System, that the New 2025 Nightly Rate's will be north of $1400.00 per night; which is about the same nightly price that a Kona-side major Resort charges for a 650 sq ft Casita, per night.


🌺 About Kona Village, Royal History & Kona IronMan Triathlon - we are 4 mile’s from the Kailua-Kona Pier and to downtown, which is known for being a shopper’s paradise. You’ll also love exploring the area and its many significant Hawaiian cultural landmarks. Both the Hulihee Palace and the Mokuaikaua Church are located on Ali’i Drive.

King Kamehameha I - spent his last years living near the current site of what is now the King Kamehameha’s Kona Beach Hotel, until his passing in 1819.

The Ahu’ena Heiau, located on the grounds of the hotel, is an iconic landmark and reconstructed temple rebuilt by the late king and is on the register of National Historic Landmarks.
