PARKING: park your cars by the wood post with "210" written on it. Please do not park in the walkway that leads to the townhouse entrance - $200 fee imposed by the complex management association will apply if a vehicle is in violation.
WOOD BURNING FIREPLACE you are welcome to use - Duraflame logs or wood logs for the wood burning fireplace are not provided - please plan accordingly.
TRASH - twice per week pick up, on Mondays and Thursdays ; please put all trash in the small closet, to the right, before you walk through the front door. The sliding door to the deck has a lock on it ( look up, middle). Push the button to unlock and push the knob up to lock. It's a bit challenging but it works. The complex has a sensitive septic system. Please do not flush anything other than the provided toilet paper, and do not allow grease or food down the drains
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INDOORS -$250 FEE
POOL/LAKE/AMENITIES ACCESS AT BOULDER LAKE CLUB located 10.9 miles away Open all week long, Memorial day to Labor day. After Labor Day till end of September weekends only RENTER MEMBERSHIP HAS BEEN PAID FOR ALREADY - up to 6 renters; !!!YOU MUST BRING THE AIRBNB CONFIRMATION EMAIL TO GET INTO THE CLUB!!! Advance Cancellation (15 days or more prior to arrival):
Short Notice Cancellation (14 days or less prior to arrival): Loss of full advance payment.
