House Rule

Client understands, acknowledges and agrees that it is responsible for the actions and omissions itself and of all persons in its party, including, without limitation, all members of the Client Group or any guest, invitee or other person that visits any member of the Client Group on the Premises at any time, and furthermore, Client understands, acknowledges and agrees that it is solely responsible for ensuring all such persons abide by all rules, regulations and policies posted on or about the Premises. Additionally, in the event any such party breaks any rules of the Premises, Client agrees to cooperate with the Company to ensure all rules are followed at all times thereafter during Clientâ€™s stay, Client will pay all monies charged by the Company for breaking such rules and, if the Company asks Client or any member of the Client Group to leave the Premises for failure to follow any rule, Client will vacate or cause such party to vacate the Premises immediately.

Client understands and agrees that the Company will not and is not obligated to give credit or refunds for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, weather conditions, early departures, illness, work schedule changes, evictions or any other force majeure event that is outside of the Companyâ€™s or Clientâ€™s control.

House Rule

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all tiny home units and other dwellings. Any violation of the aforementioned smoking policy will result in a cleaning fee charge of $250 to remove smoke odors from the unit, and its linens and other contents. Client is solely responsible for the cleaning fee and Clientâ€™s credit card will be charged if the cleaning fee is assessed by the Company.

We know it is cool to see so many unique tiny homes but for privacy reasons we ask that you refrain from approaching or peaking in other homes while visiting. Please also note, only registered guests are permitted during your stay.

Cancellation Policy

Notice: our cancellation policy is two weeks prior to the date of reservation. Reservations cancelled prior to two weeks are subject to
a $50 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled within two weeks of the reservation date are non-refundable for any reason.
Providing documentation of a family death, illness, travel arrangement change, etc. is not sufficient for a refund. No refunds are
issued within two weeks of the reservation date.
