We prepared everything with great affection so that our house may be your home, on the days when you are here. Please treat it with care

- Rental Agreement & Waiver must be signed prior to check-in

-Long term stays allowed

-Luggage dro-off allowed

- Upon check-in, the guest might be asked for a copy of their photo identification (Driver's license, Passport, etc.).

- Self Checkin with Door Code

- No Parties or Events are allowed without written approval

- No 3rd party bookings. Will result in cancellation with no refund

- Please respect the checkin time of 3pm or after unless otherwise approved. If this is not adhered to a checkin fee of $350 will be enforced.

- Please take your trash & recycling to the outside cans & curb.

****Trash days: Tuesday & Friday

****Recycling Day: Wednesday

- Please do your dishes & run the dishwasher prior to you leaving. An additional $50 will be charged for dirty dish cleanup.

- No Smoking or Vaping: A $2,750 fine will be imposed for ANY smoke smells or evidence of smoking by the housekeeping team following your departure.

- No guests or those "Just Visiting" allowed that are not on the reservation guest list unless they have been disclosed to the landlord prior to your stay and approved. Breaking this rule is grounds for immediate termination.

*Unapproved guests will result in a $100 charge per person/day.

- Cameras are installed and recording at both the front and back entry points to ensure safety and security.

- No eating and drinking in the bedrooms. If evidence of eating/drinking in bedrooms is found a fine of $350 will be enforced.

- Please take care of the furniture: Any and all damages will need to be paid for through the platform you booked through and any damages exceeding the deposit will be your responsibility.

- Please DO NOT rearrange the furniture in any way. A charge of $100 will be added if furniture must be setup as it was.

- Please respect the noise Curfew of 10pm through 8am. Immediate termination and removal will occur if not adhered to.

- Please respect the checkout time of 10am. One hour delayed checkout is available for $30. If this is not adhered to a late checkout fee of $350 will be enforced.

- Do not park on the grass

- No Commercial Photography or Video

-No events

Pet fee $160 per stay

Extra Guest - $40 per night

- Please turn A/C to 78 when leaving for more than 4 hours. Turn A/C to 85 degrees upon completing your stay.

- Please remember your front door passcode that will allow you into and out of the property. A $20 fee will be enforced for all passcode resets/reminders.

- NO FEDERALLY ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY

Cancellation policy

Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs during your time at the house. In addition, we are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, you accept responsibility for your group and any guests that you invite to the premises, and assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises at their own discretion. PRIMARY GUEST MUST SIGN A LEASE AGREEMENT, WAIVER, AND HOUSE RULES PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK-IN.
