Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool.
Vacationers can rinse off under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool.
Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Plaza, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 45 days in advance of arrival receive deposit refunds less a $100 booking fee. Cancellations within 45 days of arrival date will forfeit payment unless property can be rented again at the quoted rate for the unit.
Rental Agreement
Unpaid balances are due 2 weeks prior to arrival. We accept checks drawn on domestic banks, money orders, travelers' checks and most credit cards. A 3% credit card processing fee is applied to each reservation paid for with a credit card. A $35 collection fee is charged for returned checks and unpaid balances processed on or after day of arrival.
Rental property must be occupied by an adult who is 25 years or older. We do NOT allow student groups under 25 years of age. Occupancy details and car passes must be accurately reflected on the reservation form. Parking at some complexes is limited during peak weeks.
Check in time for Saturday arrivals is between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM during in-demand dates: Holidays, spring break and mid-May through early September. Access code and keys are not provided until the property has been cleaned and inspected during this window of time (4:00 PM to 6:00 PM). Please inform us if you expect to be a late arrival. Check out time at 10:00 AM. Any late departure must be approved by the office.
Pets are not permitted in any of our units unless designated as "Pet Friendly" by the owner.
Many units DO NOT have a land line telephone. Please bring a Cell Phone and charger for phone service.
Properties do NOT allow parking of jet skis, boats, motor homes, campers, trailers or motorcycles. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for each bedroom and bath. Additional linen or interim maid service is available for an extra charge. Each unit is furnished with a starter supply of toilet paper, bath soap, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 pack of dish soap, 1 pack of washing machine soap and a trash bag in each trash can. Please bring or purchase additional supplies as needed for the remainder of your stay.
Vacation rental properties are privately owned made available to rent through our agency. Sometimes, due to reasons beyond our control (A/C or Heat Failure, Water Leak, Construction, Appliance Failure, Owner Commitment, etc.), a substitute and comparable property may be necessary. Our goal is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Seashore Vacations manages this property on behalf of the owner. Please treat it with care. The owner may have locked areas/closets for personal use. Please honor their privacy. Furniture, glassware, cookware, blankets, bedspreads, etc. all belong to the owner - please DO NOT REMOVE FROM THE PROPERTY. All furniture should be returned to its proper place prior to departure. Rental properties are not furnished with "Beach Items" such as chairs, umbrellas, or toys. We offer a partnership with VacayGear for Beach Equipment rentals. Please see link: Owner and Agent are not responsible for the loss of personal effects or items left behind after check out. Please keep all doors and windows locked.
Remittances are deposited in an interest bearing trust account with an insured South Carolina Bank. Although SC Real Estate Law specifies this interest shall accrue to the remitter, bookkeeping for such daily interest is impractical and agreement to this contract assigns interest to Seashore Vacations, Inc.
