If you are looking for a magic getaway, this is the property you are looking for. It has the best location in town. Just outside the complex you can find: "La Europea" (high end wine and deli shop); fresh fruit and vegetable store; pharmacy with doctor; roast chicken; tortilla shop; bakery; restaurants. On the other side of the complex (on the back entrance) you can find a plaza with movie theatre; restaurants; bars; coffee shop and across the street the main dock where you can rent speed boats or you can learn to paraglide, rock climb, paddle board and so much more. In just a 10 minute leisurely walk you will be at the "Zocalo" (downtown center). A few blocks from there , you can find the craft market and local food market. The Cathedral is a must see and a walk at the park.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 USD.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 5 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 10 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit is required. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure. Damage waiver form is signed before check-in.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours. Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. Property is not suitable for party groups.

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure Fee of 20.00 USD for stays that are 1 to 3 nights in duration.Fee of 40.00 USD for stays that are 4 to 8 nights in duration. If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.
