To truly experience Cuban culture, you need to be in the center of it all and that is exactly where you will find yourself - walking distance to the National Hotel, Habana Libre Hotel, University of Havana, Sea Walk(Malecon), and the US Embassy. At the surrounding hotels, you can find internet service, currency exchange and tours & excursions to book. We are also surrounded by incredible Paladars & Restaurants - Old Havana & The Cathedral are only a 10-min cab ride away. Close to many cultural, tourist and local attractions, our building is located in a very central street. With cabs driving by constantly, you will easily be able to get around town at a moments notice. We are also surrounded by many amazing Paladares (Privately owned Restaurants) where you will be able to experience unique and delicious Cuban & International foods. Our apartment is very well equipped with all the commodities that Cuba can offer for you to have a fantastic stay. Within walking distance, you will find amazing tourist and architectural buildings. The National Hotel (World Travel Awards Winner 2016 & declared a National Monument is only three blocks away), Hotel Habana Libre (two blocks away), Malecon (three blocks away), Caffe Laurent Restaurant and La Cocina de Esteban Restaurant (very well-known private paladares) only two blocks away, among many other privately owned restaurants and cafeterias. Old Havana, The Cathedral, The Morro-Cana Fortress are only 10 – 15 min cab ride away. We offer breakfast services for a modest fee allowing you to leave the apartment ready for the days adventures. The Art Factory (Contemporary, cultural and privately owned center with unique offerings such as films, concerts & art exhibitions (check it out on TripAdvisor) as well as many Museums like the Art Museum, Museum of the Revolution, among others, are only 10 min cab ride away. There is a Farmers Market and convenience store only a block away that offers many Cuban staples and various items needed for the home. You will have the entire place to yourself and our onsite contact, Magalys, will check you in, provide you with the keys and answer any questions you may have. She will also assist you in the event any issues with the accommodations arise during your stay. We have also created a comprehensive guest book that provides a brief history of Cuba, historic places you may want to visit, where to eat, among other things. We have a fully furnished kitchen, American and Cuban style coffee makers are also available . The building has two fully functional elevators. In addition to the above, we offer the following amenities. -AIR CONDITIONING in each bedroom -Safe on each bedroom -Flat screen TV's with HDMI inputs in each room and main living room. -DVD player in main living room -Two floor fans on living room and each bedroom for ventilation in all rooms -Two Refrigerators. One in the kitchen, second one on first bedroom -Cold - Hot water centralized system -Three water tanks in the event that water is shut off. -Iron - Ironing board -Hair dryer -Many other amenities that will make you feel right at home. In order to ensure the property stays in perfect shape for future guests, it is important to follow certain basic civic rules. You agree to return the apartment in perfect condition at the end of your stay. You must assume financial responsibility for damages or degradation, which you were personally responsible for, during your stay.
