The community has a manned gate 24 - 7 and is kept to a high standard. On the community there are 3 heated swimming pools, 2 Jacuzzi's. A Kiddies pool, a Kiddies playground, 2 flood lit Tennis courts, Sauna, Gym, Pool room, shuffleboard, Basket ball and Volleyball. These are all free to residents. There is also a number of lakes that can be fished. Our home has been redecorated recently and we continue to add to and improve it each year (2019 new bath, taps and flooring). The whole house has a teddy bear theme with the lounge having 2 Teddy Corners. We feel this gives the house a homely appearance and is commented upon by all guests. We have won Homesite of the month three times in the past six years. 3 miles East on the 192 Margaritaville has recently opened which offers, 13 restaurant's, a Cinema movie grill, shops and Island H20 Live water park. It is close to over 20 restaurant's and has a Publix and Walmart very close by. It has easy access to all the major theme parks.

Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 USD is due 56 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 28 days of departure.

Balance of payment is due 56 days prior to arrival.
