Beautiful and spacious detached house on a plot of land with 500 olive trees on the edge of Vodnjana. The quiet location offers room for a relaxing holiday. Here you can relax your mind. Located on a slight hill, where even on hot summer days, a nice breeze blowing and ensures a pleasant climate. House is located in a family ground floor house on the outskirts of Vodnjan. The house is quiet and peacefull and is an ideal location for expoloring Istria, Pula and Rovinj. There is a large open plan living room, dining and kitchen area with connecting doors leading to an exercise room, and the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. BIg bedroom has a large double bed and is ensuite bathroom. Blue bedroom and orange bedroom has 2x single beds and bedroom green has 1 bunk bed. The main bathroom is modern and bright and has a bath, shower,washing machine. Another bathroom is smaller and has a shower, sink and the toilet The kitchen has all modern appliances including a dishwasher,coffee making faculties, kettle, toaster,fridge and freezer .There is also a walk in pantry. The dining room has a large dining table seating up to 6 people with an additional 4 seater table in the kitchen. The living room offers a plasma satellite TV, DVD, CD player,a well stocked library with German, English, Italian and Croatian books and Wii Nintendo games. The living room has 3 natural leather sofas, one big couch and one smaller. In the exercise area you will find an exercise bike, a running machine,steps, and weights. The house is surrounded by bigger place with olive trees and offers the perfect place to relax, closer to the house you will find a well stocked and colorful garden. There is a large covered BBQ and grill area with additional seating for up to 8 people. The house has big parking places. The nearest beach is Peroj and Fazana and are both less than a 5 minute drive away and Pula airport is 15 minutes by car. If you need a bike is possible rent a bike. Vodnjan have a bike street and when you will come we have a map. Breakfast, lunch or evening meal can be arranged and prepared for you as we also have a traditional Istrian Konoba ( Private restaurant )- (We products istian ham,bacon and sausages) The house is a ham shop with tasting room where you can enjoy smoked ham, bacon, sausage and pork loin. There are only offered high quality products.
