Payment Methods

Booking Deposit

Payment policy is flexible and options discussed during the Grace period. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 USD is due on arrival. Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
