The Villa is also equipped with a brand new alarm installation for easy access of guests to the Villa through keyless entry. In this 2 story villa you can enjoy the proximity to the club house and still enjoy the tranquility of your own private pool, hot tub and an outdoor shower for cooling off, with an amazing conservation view. You can relax with your whole family on the large pool deck on sunny days or under the large lanai to enjoy the shade. If there should be some rain on your holiday there is plenty to do in the spacious house. The house is recently refurnished and the whole house breathes a modern timeless style atmosphere. The game room has a table tennis table, pool table, football table, air hockey table and a retro game machine to play your favorite games we all know like Star defender, missile command and many more up to 350 pre-installed games. The living room is equipped with a brand-new 65” TV with Netflix capability , in addition every bedroom has its own flat screen TV with the same Netflix option. After a day at the park you can watch a movie in your own home cinema room on a big screen with Dolby Atmos sound . Fast Wi-Fi internet is available for you and your party to enjoy. Also included are local telephone calls. The Watersong Resort itself offers guests the security of a gated community, a luxurious spacious Clubhouse, landscaped grounds and conservation area surrounded by woodlands. A resort pool and spa, fitness center, Games room, Volleyball Court, children’s playground and picnic facilities are available to all guests free of charge during their stay. The community is ideally located for over 22 high quality 18 – hole golf courses including the prestigious Providence Golf Club which is only 5 minutes away. Most of the courses are open to you. Payment Methods

Cheques Preferred. Visa, Master Card, Direct Bank Deposit, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 USD is due 60 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 175.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Cleaning During Stay

A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 175.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged per cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.

Booking Processing Fee (charged by owner)

One-time fee of 50.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Pool Heat Policy & Fees

A fee is charged for pool heat. Fee is 30.00 per night based on 1 night or 210.00 per week. A guest must request this optional service.

Phone use is included in the rent. Local calls are free. Outbound long distance calls
