Next door to boat launch, Willow Beach, and Boat storage. Stainless appliances, blackout blinds everywhere, cross the street to Willow beach, boat storage and valet next door to home, Yacht club and boat launch 2 min walk. The Cove Spa is about 5 minute walk. We have lived in this location since 1997. Last year we tore the old place down and rebuilt our dream home. The vacation rental was part of the design from the beginning and will be a beautiful place for your vacation!

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments (less 5 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 07:00 AM

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Children of all ages are welcome.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 200.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Per pet.) Size limits: Small - up to 7 kilograms (15 pounds) Pets allowed:Dog A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 99.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Guest is asked to start the dishwasher.
