The private screened sparkling pool and bubbling hot spa, the shaded lanai and pool side loungers let you experience some Florida lifestyle. You and your family can have hours of fun outside and take home hundreds of happy memories under the sun. Pool Heat Policy & Fees

A fee is charged for pool heat. Fee is 36.00 per night based on 1 night or 230.00 per week. A guest must request this optional service.

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Travelers Cheques

Booking Deposit

The damage deposit is required to complete the booking. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 40 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
