Our Disney vacation villa is furnished to the highest standard and offers your family the luxury of a Five star hotel combined with the relaxed atmosphere of a family vacation home. Our beautiful home benefits from 3 designer Master Suites with Four Poster Beds and Walk-in-Closets that exude opulence and comfort – perfect for accommodating three sets of couples.Our home also has two twin themed bedrooms where visitors of all ages will enjoy their stay in either of the highly appointed "Star Wars" bedroom suite or the "Lion King - Jungle" bedroom suite. All bedrooms - rooms have 4K HD Smart televisions with cable and DVD. The Family and Dining Rooms are perfect places for unwinding after a busy day at the parks. Sink yourself into a comfortable leather sofa while you watch our 4k HD Television with Premium Cable package, DVD, High Speed MESH WIFI and On Demand Movie Channels. The whole family will enjoy the "Super Hero" Games Room featuring a 16 foot Spider-man Wall Mural, 65 Inch Widescreen HD TV, Theater Style Seating, PlayStation 4 and Games, Pool Table, Foosball, Air Hockey and Dartboard. Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 84 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 84 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. Cancellation more than 12 weeks prior to arrival, guests would receive a refund of payments minus the 25% booking deposit. Cancellation within 12 weeks of arrival, there is no refund.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due 7 days prior to arrival.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 07:00 AM
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
