There are 6-flat screen TV's house ranging from 29" to 60" in size and there is High-Speed Internet, Cable TV, and a surround sound system. The SOUTH facing pool - spa and private pool deck with ceiling fans on the lanai and privacy screening make this outdoor space special. Carpeted game room includes slate pool table, foosball table, 32” TV, Xbox game system, video chairs, extra fridge and washer - dryer. Family friendly home includes cribs, stroller and high chair if needed. Windsor Hills is a beautiful gated community just 1.5 miles (2.5 km) from the gates of Walt Disney World. The resort offers a variety of recreation and activities for all ages including children's playgrounds throughout development, state-of-the-art fitness center, large community pool, sand volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, 40-seat movie theatre, video arcade and billiards. The resort is a short Lyft or Uber ride to Walt Disney World, Seaworld and Universal Studios. This home is within close walking distance from Windsor Hills Community Center and playgrounds.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 200.00 USD.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. Cancellation 31 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refundable except for the booking deposit. Cancellation must be in writing.
Security or Damage Deposit
An accidental damage waiver is required and provided for a fee. In lieu of a refundable damage deposit, the owner collects a $95 damage waiver insurance fee. This covers up to $1000 in accidental damage done during the stay. Guests self-report any damage to the insurance company within 24 hours of checking out to have it covered by the insurance. This fee is paid when the balance is paid, 60 days prior to arrival. Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
