Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Payment Methods

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 250.00 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.
