The house is in a fantastic, quiet location on the "Circuito Chico" near the Llao Llao peninsula. 3 bedroom log home, plus adjacent 1 bedroom guest house, just outside Bariloche, Argentina and only 10 miles from some of the best skiing in South America. The home is in the Valle del Sol on Lago Moreno Oeste with a sand beach and fantastic swimming and fishing in the summer. For the winter, only 10 miles from the Bariloche ski area. Sleeps 8 with guest house There are four buildings on the property. The main house has a great room on the first floor, and 3 bedrooms upstairs. There is a separate guesthouse with one bedroom, a small sitting room, a kitchenette, and a washer - dryer. The third building is an unheated storage building in which the owner's personal property is maintained and is not normally available to short-term guests. The fourth building is a small workshop for the use of the owner and the gardener.

Cleaning During Stay
Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 1 days during a stay.
Cleaning on Departure
When a guest leaves the property clean (i.e. saves housekeeping costs), a partial or full rebate may apply. Discuss with Owner.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 12:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
