So beautiful, it was featured on The Weather Channel's "Freaks of Nature", Wasteland III filmed by Microsoft, this season's 28, Episode 8 of "The Bachelor" and many other film shoots. We don't just have a mountain view, we have views of mountains from almost every room and about the hiking trails on the ranch. Imagine arriving to a private mountain vacation home estate thru a long & winding quarter mile driveway ending at a large log cabin lodge atop a mountain that overlooks the snow capped Rocky Mountains. No peek a boo views. Full ON mountain range views from almost every window in the home. One of the very FEW properties you need NOT leave the property to enjoy your vacation. This is not just a place to STAY. It’s an EXPERIENCE with 6 private on property hiking trails, firepit, 2 hot tubs (indoor & outdoor), disc golf course, volleyball, horseshoes, archery, ATV adventures and more. Ranch is so exclusive & private, you’ll feel like you’re the only humans on the planet and, in one of the most serene and nature inspired settings. On the other hand, you're close to all things one expects to do in Colorado, with close proximity to Down Hill - Alpine Skiing, Horseback Riding, Ice Skating, White Water Rafting, Fishing, Kayaking - Tubing , and exciting gaming action at the 38 casinos of Black Hawk. Ride the carousel or visit the mining museum in Nederland, tour a real Gold Mine in Idaho Springs or stroll Pearl Street in Boulder. A whole wing of the home is dedicated to the Master Bedroom Suite which spans TWO levels with walk-in closet, in-suite master bath with hot tub, and a giant wall of windows allowing you to wake up to the most incredible mountain views. Aside from the master, there are 5 other guest rooms & Pak n Play can be set up in any one of the rooms for infants - toddlers. Kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, butcher block counter tops and an additional walk-in pantry housing anything else you need including barbeque implements, outdoor dishware, spices, cookbooks, etc. Lower floor features bar, theater, mudroom - laundry with shower and an additional full bathroom, two full bedrooms (both queens) and an additional gold mine inspired sleeping nook for the children with two full size twins. Top floor features open concept living - dining - kitchen, a separate study and two bedrooms (one king and 1 queen) and 2 bathrooms. One more floor up is an Open loft sleeping 2 others - a couple in a queen. Outside, find great spaces including a 6 seat hot tub, chaise lounge, benches and outdoor log furnishings and a hammock with a firepit with an acre fenced in for the pups. On the opposite side of the home is a flagstone patio with a gigantic Flintstone picnic table seating up to 12 overlooking the forest and Jaymes Peak.

Payment Methods

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: (a) If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy, Manager agrees to refund the full amount paid to the date of cancellation, and Guest agrees to release any claims against Manager and/or Owners. (b) If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement prior to (60) days of arrival date unless Manager is able to re-rent the Property under the same (or better) terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the full Term reserved, Guest will received their Reservation Deposit back less a Cancellation/Processing Fee of $300.00 (or 10% of Total Amount Due), whichever is greater. (c) If, for any reason, the Guest cancels this Agreement between (59 & 31) days of arrival date, the Reservation Deposit is forfeited, unless Manager is able to re-rent the Property under the same (or better) terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the full Term reserved, less a Cancellation/Processing Fee of $300.00 (or 10% of Total Amount Due). (d) Within 30 days of Arrival date, guest’s full amount is forfeited if Guest cancels (less outclean fee/pet fee), unless Manager is able to re-rent the Property under the same (or better) terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the full Term reserved, less a Cancellation/Processing Fee of $300.00 (or 10% of Total Amount Due), whichever is greater. f) After guest checks in, lodging amounts/cleaning fees/etc collected are not available for return for any reason unless the home becomes uninhabitable during a guest’s stay. At that time, guest will only be reimbursed “lodging amounts” for the night(s) the home is or becomes uninhabitable. Guest is encouraged to secure the appropriate travelers/vacation insurance should guest need to cancel for any reason.

Security or Damage Deposit

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 6 pm. Keyless entry code is supplied by owner prior to arrival.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 06:00 AM

Smoking Policy

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 250.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Any number of pets.) Pets allowed:Dog A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Three Pets NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 499.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
