Entire floor and patios are on one level and completely wheelchair accessible. Ramps in front and rear entries. This property is completely wheelchair accessible. Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit is required. The owner requires a 20% or $1000.00 refundable security/damage deposit, whichever is lesser as a deposit on any rentals longer than 10 days. The damage deposit will be returned by e-transfer as soon as the cleaning company has completed their work and reported to the owner. You will be able to discuss this directly with the owner during the 24 hour Grace Period.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation 6 months or more prior to arrival is a full refund, Cancellation within 30 days of arrival is a 50% refund unless re-rented, then you receive a full refund minus a $200.00 administration fee.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) Short notice requests can only be paid by Email Money Transfer.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 300.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
