The three bedroom-two bathroom-one level house is fully equipped with everything you could wish for. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub-shower combination. The other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds share the second washroom which has a shower stall. The terrace is quite large and offers a great place to chill out, read or socialize. Natural wood is showcased throughout the space, drawing on the many abundant types of wood that are found here in Costa Rica. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need from microwave to coffee grinder. The house offers two cable TV’s with over 40 channels and free Wi-Fi. The great pool with waterfall is right in front.

Balance of payment is due 10 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 USD is due on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 60 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.
