A warm welcome is extended to all travellers, both local and those who come to us from further afield. The studio apartment sleeps 2 adults and a typical studio apartment consists of a sleeping area that opens out to a balcony, a kitchenette and a bathroom. The Apartments in Dubrovnik are centrally located with a stunning view of the passing cruiseliners. They have all been fitted with aircon facilities. There is a swimming pool and barbeque facilites for use by our guests. We have 6 studio units in this building available for rentals. Beaches, shops, the main bus station, harbour (for all day trips to the islands) and bus stops for the Old Town are all within easy walking distance. All this within a 10-15 min walk or bus ride.

Payment Methods

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1 nights rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 15 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 100.00 USD is due on arrival.
