Set in a 300-year-old property and surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation, the studio comes with a fully equipped kitchenette and a flat-screen TV. You can relax on the sun lounger on the terrace or make use of the on-site barbeque facilities. Elite vacation houses, 1 restaurant and a bus stop can be found in the area. It is 7 KM from UNESCO-protected Old Town of Dubrovnik, which can be accessed in just a 10-minute car drive. The bus stop is 30 metres away. Public buses operate throughout the year taking you to Dubrovnik Bus Station in 5 minutes. From there you can take a local bus that takes 10 minutes to get to UNESCO-protected Old Town. Dubrovnik Ferry Port is only 4 KM away. It offers links to the splendid Elaphite Islands and Italy. We provide transfer service at an extra charge and upon request. Testimonials: The owner is really good host! His is nice, kind and very good person! The apartment is AMAZING, is new and quiet, with all things that you can need. Apartment has very nice terrace, garden with a lot of flowers and fruits and the rabbit, he is so cute ;)) The apartment has private beach where I spend almost all the time...And the sundown from apartment is ...Really dreamy! P.D near of apartment you have croatian restaurant, very good one and with wifi, we needed sometimes for work. Overall I recommend this apartment! And of course we will book it the next year :)) My best regards to the owner and his family! August 2012
